VGI Global Media Plc(VGI) has signed an agreement to purchase 4,281,277 ordinary shares (par value : 1 ringgit each), or 25 per cent of the issued shares, in Puncak Berlian Sdh Bhd (PBSB) from Redberry Sdn Bhd, an existing shareholder, at the cost of 13,154,175 ringgit (approx Bt105.23 million) recently.
